Goodbye Puerto Escondido

We had a grand time in Puerto Escondido. The weather was perfect. The ocean was fantastic and restorative. The people we met, worked with, and socialized with every day expanded our senses.
We had a great time at this school.  This is a good rigorous Spanish language school.  They even made progress with our inflexible brainwaves.   We had breakfast and lunch every day with the director Ramon, his wife Kati, and their new baby Isabela, born December 22nd.

Our fellow student Tony, from Switzerland was a great boon to our enjoyment of the class and a good friend during our time in Puerto Escondido.

  2. While your in Spain you should go see the Flamenco, though it is expensive and very hard to find it is worth it.The best place to find the Flamenco is in Madrid because of their strong tradition.

  4. Nurse Deb,
I found the 3 most popular foods in Mexico: 1.Tacos al pastor(or Shepards tacos)
    2.Pozole
    3.Enchiladas verdes(or Green enchiladas).
Tacos al pastor is sold in almost every Mexican resturant. Pozole is a dish made of baked corn, and chicken. The amazing broth in it has chili or no chili but iit is always good. Enchiladas verdes have a wonderful spicy sauce that brings you to another world. It also has chicken and tortilla wrapped around the chicken.

  7. FRANCE
    BY Josephine
You should visit France because it is vary pretty there nice and the whether is perfect all the time. But not in the winter!! In France they have really nice houses. They always celebrate with wine and chesses. To say hello you would say “bonjour”. To say goodbye you would say” Au revoir”. Another reason why I choose French is because when I grow up I want to go there and I hope you do to!!!! It has a lot of flowers there. There foods always have chesses in it. That mite get boring. In France they have clothes very similar like are so don’t worry about what you ware there.
That’s all HAVE FUN Nurse Deb!!!!
